This custom Mid-century Modern design is just now under construction.  Some of the unique features include outdoor cooking and dining porches, as well as a large veranda. A separate wing with a game room/living room and guest suite  also doubles as a Mother-in-laws suite.

The Lawnhaven Residence is a Dallas home featuring Modern residential design with an array of amenities  to please the most discriminating client. Some of the features include a glass enclosed Wine Room, front and rear Balconies, a gourmet Kitchen with double islands, split-level Media Room, and a Game Room with Bar. Built by Garvey Homes

The Stowe Residence is a Modern residential design situated on a large North Dallas lot. The homes transitional Modern design utilizes low-pitched roofs which emphasize the horizontal lines and juxtapose the vertical stone masses. Built by Highland Classic Homes.
